Loyalty Card and Gold Card Scheme:
Two Generations Hair operates a Gold Card Loyalty Card programme, offering 25% off your purchase once you gain 6 stamps on your authorised loyalty card.
A loyalty card stamp is only provided in the following circumstances:
◦ When you spend over £35 per visit
◦ At the discretion of a senior stylist or management
A loyalty card stamp can not be used in conjunction with any other offer apart from:
◦ BlueLightCard discount
◦ Services card discount
◦ Student discount
However, when the loyalty card is filled and you are therefore eligible for 25% discount. NO other offer including bluelightcard, services card student discount etc can be used to obtain a higher discount of 35%.
If any of the above discounts force you to become below the minimum £35, a loyalty card stamp can still be issued. A loyalty card is the property of Two Generations Hair and we hold the right to issue and withdraw the use of such card. Any fraudulent use of the loyalty scheme will result in the suspension of the loyalty card scheme for the customer involved. It is the responsibility of the customer to remind any stylist who may forget to issue a stamp to you. The customer must present their loyalty card to the stylist during the end of their treatment. The customer must have their card in their possession during their time at the salon if they wish to receive a stamp. A loyalty card stamp is issued when a customer spends £35 or over on hair or beauty treatments. Purchasing other items such as hair or beauty products does not count towards your £35 minimum spend.
